Baylor Takes Down The Irish

Baylor girls 46, Notre Dame 27:

The Lady Raiders got off to quick start, scoring 18 in the first period as Halleigh Warton had seven points and Bella White had six in the period, and Baylor never looked back. The win was Baylor's 10th of the season, just one shy of its total for all last season as it improved to 10-7 and have now won five of its last six games. Warton wound up with 14 and White added 10. Holly Merritt chipped in eight, including a pair of 3s.

Notre Dame, which is mired in its longest losing streak in seven years with a sixth straight loss, got nine points from Dayonna Perryman.
