Baylor 31, Brentwood Academy 24: After building a 24-7 lead at halftime, the Red Raiders needed big fourth-quarter plays to hold on for the DII-AAA East win. Junior running back Shekai Mills-Knight ran for three touchdowns, including a 4-yarder with 5:50 remaining that proved to be the winner after the Eagles had rallied to tie.
The Red Raiders (5-1, 2-0) got a late defensive stop, holding the Eagles (1-5, 0-2) on fourth down inside the Baylor 20.
