The Baylor Red Raiders are State Bound!
The boys team finished runner up, with Harry McGuire firing a 66 to claim second place individually. Wyatt Manner followed with a 71, Max Johnson with a 75, Brooks Englert with a 77, and Praval Bathi rounded out the team shooting 79. The team total was 289 which tied their best score of the season.
The girls team clinched the victory, led by Justine Emond with a 73, which also gave her individual medalist honors. Carlee Rogers followed closely with a 75, and Katie Grace Tuder with a 76.
Both teams qualified for the state tournament, held at Sevierville Golf Club next Thursday and Friday. GBR!
