Going into the game was could Baylor keep the pace that McCallie was going to bring in the game. Round One goes to the Blue!
McCallie strikes first with making the score 4-0 right out of the gate but Baylor fights back to cut the lead to 5-3 at the end of one period. Baylor ties the score at 5-5 but again McCallie pulls ahead at the half to lead 9-6 in front of a huge Red Blue crowd on Tucker Hunt Field
The 2nd half Baylor could not get anything going on the offensive end and was held to only 3 goals in the half. McCallie kept the pressure on to extend their lead 12-6 as we enter the 4th.
In the end was the final score was 15-9 Blue! To the very end the Red Raiders gave it their all.
