BXC hit the road to Pensacola, FL, and opened the 2025 season with a strong showing against some of the top teams in the Southeast!
 
Varsity Girls
• Finished 3rd place out of 38 teams.
• Freshman Addy Cotter led the way with a 2nd-place finish.
• Fellow freshman Maggie Mewett placed 12th overall.
 
Varsity Boys
• Finished 5th out of 50 teams in a loaded field.
• 6 of 8 runners hit lifetime PRs despite tough conditions.
• Senior Marshall McConville took 2nd overall, breaking the previous course record!
 
JV Highlights
• Peyton Roop stormed to victory, finishing 1st overall in the JV race.
 
An impressive first step for Big Red XC as they look ahead to a promising fall season.
