Baylor Girls Lacrosse battled throughout but came up short in a hard-fought 12–9 loss to Harpeth Hall.
The Red Raiders started strong, taking a 3–2 lead at the end of the first quarter and carrying that momentum into halftime with an 8–3 advantage. Baylor controlled much of the first half with sharp execution on both ends.
Harpeth Hall responded in the third quarter, mounting a comeback to tie the game at 8–8 heading into the fourth. In a game that felt like a true battle of heavyweights, momentum swung late as Harpeth Hall capitalized in the final quarter to secure the win.
Baylor now moves to 9–3 on the season and will look to bounce back quickly.
The Red Raiders return home Wednesday to host Boyd for Senior Night
