A tough night for the Red Raiders as they drop their first game of the season to a talented Pope John Paul II squad. Baylor moves to 5–1 on the young year.
Mantas Paldauskas led Baylor with 13 points, but JP2's duo of Hudson Curling (23) and Trey Pearson (21) proved to be the difference tonight.
No time to hang our heads — the road continues and the opportunities keep coming. The Red Raiders travel to Tellico Plains on Friday, followed by a special matchup Saturday at Signal Mountain, supporting the Forgotten Child Fund.
