2025 TISCA Women's State Champs + 20th Consecutive Combined State Title!
Baylor Swim & Dive had an unforgettable weekend at the TISCA Championships in Knoxville! The Baylor Ladies are your 2025 State Champions, and the program continued its dominance by securing the Combined State Championship for the 20th consecutive year! The Baylor Boys finished 2nd by a mere 19.5 points.
"Our staff is incredibly proud of both our boys and girls teams for the way they came together and empowered one another this weekend. Their hard work this season along with way they united as a group is what made this meet a true success. This group of young men and women exemplifies what it means to be a TEAM! We also want to thank our Alumni and Parents for their support and helping make this season so successful " said Coach Brooks.
A few other highlights came from the Boys 400 Freestyle Relay composed of Ethan Gover (JR), Jon Smith (SR), Luke Waldrep (SR) & Hayden Vicknair (SO) who won the event in record breaking fashion with a time of 2:59.41! Breaking both the School and State record! Diving had an historic outing as they placed 3 Ladies in the Top 8 - Claire Ellish (2nd), Sarah Mac Watson (4th) & Rayden Hawley (8th) while also placing 2 Boys in the Top 8 - Bryce Lau (5th) & Tate Phillips (6th).
