Chattanooga Area Shines on TSWA All-State Tennis Teams

The Chattanooga area had 17 players named to the TSWA All-State Tennis Teams, including standout performances from Baylor's top players.
- Arya Kallambella, senior, capped off an incredible season by leading Baylor to its first team state title since 2016 and capturing the DII-AA Boys' Singles State Championship. Arya didn't drop a single set at Spring Fling and outscored his opponents 77-30 across both singles and doubles. Arya now heads to Denison University (NCAA DIII) to continue his tennis career, finishing his high school journey ranked No. 34 nationally by UTR.
- Evie Mahler (freshman) and Sloan Proffitt (junior) captured the DII-AA Girls' Doubles State Championship, capping off dominant runs this spring.
- Margarette Berdy, DII-AA Girls' Singles State Runner-Up, also earned All-State recognition after an impressive season.
The Baylor Boys finished the year ranked No. 2 nationally by UTR, second only to Punahou High School in Honolulu.
