Baylor softball delivered a strong performance in regional play, defeating Knoxville Catholic 7–1 behind a dominant outing from Brenna Bagley in the circle. Bagley struck out 13 while allowing just four hits, keeping Knoxville Catholic off balance from start to finish.
At the plate, Baylor's offense was steady and productive. Xahara Willis led the charge with two doubles and an RBI, while Adison Wallington went a perfect 2-for-2 with a double. Ellison Dematteo also stayed hot, finishing 2-for-2 with an RBI. Emma Hartline, Makenzie Dinsmore, Rylee Jasper, and Wrigley Burge each contributed hits as Baylor put together a well-rounded offensive effort.
