Playing Career
Coach Blair was awarded "All-State" honors as a senior in 1996. He went on to play all 4 years at Tennessee Wesleyan University, where he served as the team captain from 1997-1999.

Coaching Career
Coach Blair has been the head coach of Baylor Soccer since 2008. He has led the boys' team to 3 State Championships, and the girls' to 1. He has been State Runner-Up once with boys and twice with the girls. In 2018 Curtis was awarded the "Scrappy Moore Coach of the Year" award. He has also been named TSSAA "Coach of the Year" in 2012, 2018, 2020, and 2022. 

Personal
Coach Blair teaches PE in the Middle School, and he is a dorm parent in Hunter Hall. He is married to Leslie Blair and they have three children; Hollyn, Hudson, and Cooper.
