The men started the night off strong in the Gold Varsity division, placing third overall out of 30 teams. Seniors Marshall McConville and Lake Montgomery led the team with top-10 finishes (2nd and 5th, respectively). Rounding out the scorers were Cash Carlson, Harrison Stroud, and Brecken McKenna. All 7 varsity runners notched personal bests.

The women's varsity team raced to a tenth place finish out of 19 teams, traveling from several states. Freshman Addy Cotter led the team with a 4th place individual finish in a new school record of 17:26. Seniors Ruby Dozier and Claire Mayberry notched impressive sub-20 minute performances. Rounding out the scoring were Gracey Weekley and Kate Henry! Gracey, Ruby Addy, and Kate's times were all PRs!

The Baylor harriers have a few weeks to prepare before hosting the Front Runner Area Championships on Tuesday, October 21!
