Upset Complete — Baylor knocks off the #1 team in the state!

Baylor hosted Bearden High School in a non-region showdown and delivered one of their best all-around performances of the year.

At the 20th minute, Hadley Griffith put the Red Raiders on top off an Emily Betterton assist.

In the 54th minute, Ayanna Hamler finished a perfectly placed Zoe Misenhimer corner that was flicked on by Griffith to make it 2-0.

Coach Blair:

"Coach Radcliffe always has Bearden as one of the top teams in the state every year. They are again very good. I have to give our players credit — we were outstanding tonight. We defended very well and again created some great chances. This could have been one of our better overall performances this year."
