Baylor Football Well Represented on Times Free Press Best of Preps Teams

A historic, undefeated season and a state championship run made Baylor Football one of the most recognized programs in the region, and the postseason honors followed to match the performance on the field.

The Red Raiders were prominently featured in the Times Free Press Best of Preps Football selections, with multiple players earning All City recognition and Head Coach Erik Kimrey being honored as Coach of the Year as he begins his fifth season leading the program.

Under Kimrey's leadership, Baylor completed a perfect season capped by a state championship, continuing a standard of excellence that has defined the Red Raiders. Entering his fifth year at the helm, Kimrey's impact has been marked by consistency, accountability, and player development, all of which were on full display throughout the championship run.

Baylor's presence on the Best of Preps teams highlighted the depth and balance of the title winning roster.
