Baylor Baseball left no doubt in Game Two, rolling to a 14-2 win over McCallie to take the series.
Wells Grisham was electric on the mound, striking out 11 batters over 4.2 innings, allowing just four hits and two runs. Brody Brooks and Miller Brock closed it out with scoreless relief innings.
The Red Raiders scored early and often, jumping ahead in the first thanks to a McCallie error followed by a two-RBI single from Grisham. Baylor added three more in the second, highlighted by a Mac Morris double, then plated two more in the fourth on a Blake Lundy sac fly and a solo homer by Camden Cloud.
In the seventh, the bats stayed hot—Lundy launched a solo shot, Rylan Jessee was hit by a pitch to drive in a run, and Jack Schuman walked with the bases loaded to make it 14-2.
Offensive Highlights:
- Mac Morris: 3-for-6, 4 RBIs
- Grisham, Chris Renegar, and Morris each had three hits
- Cloud, Lundy, and Kilby Hartley had multiple hits
- Baylor tallied 19 hits and 7 walks overall
- Renegar and Hartley led the team with two walks apiece
