The Red Raiders dropped both games in the best-of-three series, bringing the 2025 season to a close in the State Quarterfinals.
In Game One, Baylor got on the board with an RBI from Brooks Berry, while Jack Schuman, Blake Lundy, and Emerson Morris each tallied a hit. Henry Allen struck out seven over seven innings of work.
In Game Two, Wells Grisham allowed just one earned run in four-plus innings, striking out six. Schuman, Grisham, and Kilby Hartley each had a hit, but the offense couldn't break through against a strong Purple Wave pitching performance.
Baylor finishes the year with a 22-8 record.
