Congratulations to Baylor senior Gilbert Stein, who etched his name into the record books at the TSSAA DII-AA State Decathlon Championships!

Gilbert's 6,442-point performance sets a new Baylor school record, breaking a mark that stood for 23 years!

His 5th-place finish adds key points for the Baylor Boys Track & Field team as they head into the rest of the State Championship Meet next Wednesday, May 21.

Freshman Charlotte Hoss made Baylor proud this week at the TSSAA DII-AA State Heptathlon Championships, finishing 9th overall with standout performances across all seven events!

Charlotte now ranks as the second-highest scoring freshman heptathlete in Baylor history at the state level—trailing only former State Champion Selena Popp ('15). What a debut!
