Baylor Volleyball put together a perfect weekend on its home floor, going undefeated to capture the 2026 River City Rumble championship.
The Red Raiders worked their way through the two-day tournament Friday and Saturday, finishing the weekend without a loss and bringing home the championship trophy.
The title added another highlight to what has been a strong start to the season for Baylor, but the weekend also included a special individual milestone.
Wins over Mt Vernon, Forrest School, Ooltewah, Clinton, GPS, River Ridge in the championship game.
Senior setter Milyn Hold recorded the 1,000th assist of her Baylor career during tournament play, reaching the milestone while helping direct the Red Raider offense throughout the championship run.
Hold has been a key part of Baylor's attack this season, distributing the ball to a balanced group of hitters as the Red Raiders continue to build momentum heading into the second half of September.
For Baylor, the weekend provided plenty to celebrate: an undefeated tournament run, a River City Rumble championship and a career milestone for its senior setter.
The Red Raiders now turn their attention back to the regular-season schedule with another trophy added to the collection.
